CaseCompass is operated by PartFive LLC. By using CaseCompass, you agree to these terms.

What CaseCompass is

CaseCompass is an information and organization tool. It describes what typically happens with USCIS cases and links you to official channels. It is not legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Predictions are estimates, not guarantees

Timing windows come from historical data and are shown as ranges with confidence bands, never as a single promised date. Real cases vary widely, and nothing in CaseCompass is a guarantee about your case.

We never act on your behalf

CaseCompass never files, submits, or advises. Its escalation features link you to official USCIS, Ombudsman, congressional, and legal-help channels and pre-fill your own information for your convenience. You take any action yourself.

Deadlines

Any legal deadline shown is the one you entered from your paper notice. CaseCompass never computes an authoritative legal deadline, and any estimated windows are labeled as estimates. Always rely on the deadline printed on your official notice.

For important decisions, get qualified help

For decisions about your case — especially Requests for Evidence, notices of intent to deny, denials, or their consequences — consult a qualified, accredited representative or attorney. CaseCompass links only to official and nonprofit directories.

Your data and account

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can permanently delete your account and all of your data at any time from Settings, and that is also how you close your account.

Availability

We aim to keep CaseCompass reliable but provide it “as is,” without warranties. Case-status data originates from USCIS and may be delayed or unavailable.

Before launch

While CaseCompass is in its pre-launch period, joining the waitlist on this website simply asks us to email you when live tracking opens. It does not create an account and does not begin tracking any case.

Not affiliated with USCIS

CaseCompass is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to USCIS or any government agency.

Changes and contact

If we make a material change to these terms or our Privacy Policy, we will notify you, give you a plain-language summary of what changed, and ask for your consent before the change applies. Questions? Email support@casecompass.app.
